How We Work With You

Pre-selection of foreign workers

The first step is the selection of the best quality foreign workers from the offer of the HireAisa Workforce agency. Candidates are selected based on:

work videos or personal video interviews,
CV biography,
past experiences and knowledge.

Preparing visa documents

For all selected foreign workers, the agency prepares complete documentation for the visa process:

employment contracts,
invitation and guarantee letters,
statements and authorizations,

The documentation is submitted to the employer for review and approval.

Signing of documentation

After approval, the signatures of the employer and the foreign worker are collected. The agency carries out complete communication between both parties and ensures that all documents are signed and ready for further proceedings.

Applying for work visas

HireAisa Workforce creates and submits applications for work visas and work permits for foreigners, pays all legally prescribed fees and informs the client about the submitted applications.

Monitoring and support in the procedure
